Ralph Steadman has over 40 years of illustration under his Gonzo belt, and is infamous for his lifelong collaboration with journalist Hunter S. Thompson. Mars-1 (also known as Mario Martinez) is an American artist well-known for his mind-bending surreal and psychedelic art. The two artists contrast and collaborate on this print, which was produced at a huge 100cm x 83cm and featured a unique separation spot colour process to produce this print. We also visited Ralph Steadman at his incredible home-studio, where he made some of the artwork elements and hand-finished this edition.
