Beth Kirby (also known as Bethcub) is a Bristol-based figurative artist exploring the female form. We created this print with her in a digital-free process- Beth painted a brushstroke of of block directly onto the screen, and then drew directly onto a substrate called Tru-Grain, which behaves like paper but is transparent and can be used as a positive to expose from. The result is a handmade from start to finish, and is a true collaboration between artist and printer.
